Copeland Reno-Addition

We took this 1,800 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2-bath home and transformed it into a 2,600 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 4-bath masterpiece. We converted a 600 sq. ft. bonus room into a new mudroom, pantry, bedroom, and hallway leading to the newly added second master suite and garage. An upstairs bedroom was converted into a loft that opens completely to the downstairs living and kitchen area, featuring iron and oak railings. The carpeted stairs were replaced with wood.

Two existing bathrooms were renovated with new tile, vanities, and lighting. All carpeting was removed and replaced with waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. The complete kitchen remodel included new cabinets, flooring, countertops, plumbing, lighting, and appliances. A downdraft stove was installed, eliminating the need for a vent hood.

A 500 sq. ft. master suite was added, which includes a 19x16 master bedroom, a 16x12 tiled master bath complete with a walk-in shower, a free-standing tub, and his-and-hers vanities separated by custom sliding barn doors. An existing bedroom was converted into a 9x14 walk-in closet with custom shelving.

A new 20x16 stamped and stained concrete screened-in patio was added. All new windows and interior doors were installed throughout the home. The entire home was repainted inside and out, and all flooring was replaced. A brand-new HVAC system was installed, and custom cedar shutters and cedar-wrapped porch posts were added. And much more!
