About The Founder
MEET CODY
Cody has been around construction of all types from an early age with his Dad serving as foreman on jobs ranging from custom lake homes, to steel built high-rise condos. The knowledge and skills he has gained have proven priceless. Cody has been flipping, rehabbing and managing properties since the age of 23 when he bought his first house via short sale and sold it FSBO upon completion.
The natural evolution of his path led him to get his real estate license where his unique background allows him to serve in all capacities of a realtor. He does so by providing insight on the structural integrity, workmanship, and other areas relating to the construction of the home, along with renovation possibilities and pricing estimates that most Realtors may not be able to advise on.
Realizing a need for better built homes, and Knoxville’s low home inventory, Cody seized the opportunity to obtain a general contractors license. He has been immersed in the Knoxville area housing market for nearly 2 decades through the flipping, rehabbing, managing, buying, selling and building of properties. Cody describes the vision for Knox Tenn Home as being a “one stop shop for ALL things home.”
